Even if it's outside your doula's area of expertise, we have the relationships and resources available to get you what you need, when you need it.

This session can last up to 2 hours and includes everything you need to feel confident, capable, and excited for your birth. Your doula will walk through the Giant List of Birth Options to get to know your priorities and ensure you have a well-rounded education. Then we'll teach share some hands-on techniques, tips, and tricks to make your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as smooth as possible. 

From the time that you decide you need me, until about 1-2 hours after your birth, we will be with you! This typically looks like your doula coming to your home first to support you through some early labor contractions, transferring to your place of birth together (in our own cars), supporting you through the birth, and then staying until after baby's first feeding. Whether your labor takes 4 hours or 34 hours, your doula will be by your side as much as you'd like.

This visit typically takes place a few days after birth and can last up to 2 hours. It can be incredibly beneficial for you to share your birth story and let out all the details you may not want to share with others. Of course your doula was there, but this creates a safe space to talk about anything you need to talk about. Your doula is also available to answer questions, help with feeding, refill your water, and/or even start a load of laundry!
