Even if it's outside your doula's area of expertise, we have the relationships and resources available to get you what you need, when you need it.

This session includes everything you need to feel confident, capable, and excited for your birth. Your doula will walk through the Giant List of Birth Options to get to know your priorities and ensure you know exactly what to expect when it’s time to meet your baby. Then we'll share some hands-on techniques, tips, and tricks to make your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as smooth as possible. 

From the time that you decide you need her, until about 2 hours after your birth, your doula will be with you! This typically looks like your doula coming to your home first to support you through some early labor contractions, transferring to the hospital or birth center together (in our own cars), supporting you through the birth, and then helping with baby's first feeding. Whether your labor takes 4 hours or 34 hours, your doula will be by your side as much as you'd like.

This visit typically takes place at your home, a few days after birth. Your doula is available to answer questions, help with feeding and newborn care, refill your water bottle, start a load of laundry, provide resources, and overall make sure you’re comfortable!
