Healing, feeding, sleeping, emotional roller coasters - postpartum is a lot. We're here with trained, professional, judgement-free care to help you through it all.

The early postpartum weeks can feel overwhelming. You're navigating feeding, running on little sleep, and trying to heal from a major physical event - all at the same time.
Postpartum doula care is trained, professional support that fills the gap between medical checkups and real life. It's education, reassurance, and hands-on care in your home, during the season where families need it most.

Postpartum doula care supports you with:
This is all about taking care of you so your whole family can thrive.

Alexia is trained through DONA International and brings the calm, knowledge, and steady support you need into your home. She isn't the kind of doula who will come in and ask you for a to-do list. If you have a to-do list, she'll take it! But if you don't, she will look around and fill the gaps that are needed.
She understands what's normal after birth, what needs extra support, and how to gently educate so that parents feel confident and cared for. She is a mom of 3 herself, and previously worked with Heartbeat Midwifery - loving on moms every chance she gets.

Blueberry muffins, breakfast burritos, egg frittatas, and lactation protein balls to start each morning fresh.
Designed to feed up to 4 people - choose from taco soup, veggie soup, chicken & bacon tortellini, Cajun sausage pasta, baked ziti, honey soy chicken & rice, white chicken chili, and enchilada bake.
Brownies, sopapilla cheesecake, or lactation cookies to give you the treat you've earned!
No. A postpartum doula has additional training and experience focused on maternal recovery, newborn adjustment, and family education. While some tasks may overlap, postpartum doulas are trained to go beyond childcare.
That's completely normal. Alexia meets you where you are and adjusts care as your needs change.
This is the ideal set up. If you can have a Magnolia doula caring for you through pregnancy and birth, then Alexia caring for you in postpartum - you are going to love every moment of your journey (even through the ups and downs). Your birth doula and postpartum doula will work together, collaborate, and even attend prenatal or postpartum visits together as needed.
Then it's really good to have the extra hands. We're here for the whole story - no matter what it looks like.
